Tentación Vendimia 2016

D.O.C. Rioja, Red Young

GRAPE VARIETY:

Tempranillo 100%, 40 years vineyards Selected Harvest.

VINEYARDS:

Own vineyards located at the low part of Uruñuela and Cenicero. 

FERMENTATION:

Own yeasts from our own vineyards. Controlled temperature: 27º optimum for the polyphenols  extraction.

MACERATION:

Alcoholic fermentation process for 8 days with pumping-over each hour. Delestage with microoxigenation. After this,  the wine will ferment with skins for 17 days reducing the pumping over time.

TASTING NOTES:

Colour: Deep red colour, high layer

Nose: Ripe Red Fruits. Raspberries.  

Palate: High tannic concentration. Soft and round tannins. Grape and soil taste.  Powerful and honest.

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS:

Dark storage; 18º. Serving temperature: 16º

FOOD PAIRING:

Rice, Pasta, Beans, Roasted red meats
