Own yeasts from our own vineyards. Controlled temperature: 27º optimum for the polyphenols extraction.
Alcoholic fermentation process for 8 days with pumping-over each hour. Delestage with microoxigenation. After this, the wine will ferment with skins for 17 days reducing the pumping over time.
Colour: Deep red colour, high layer
Nose: Ripe Red Fruits. Raspberries.
Palate: High tannic concentration. Soft and round tannins. Grape and soil taste. Powerful and honest.
Dark storage; 18º. Serving temperature: 16º
