Manual harvest and grape selection. Setting for 48 hours to get the free-run must or "drainings". Fermentation for 20 days at controlled temperature: 14º-16º.
-Colour: Light yellow, green tints, clean and bright.
-Nose: Intense, complex and backbone. Tropical fruits.
-Palate: Round, balsamic, well-balanced acidity. Elegant. Long and honey.
