WINEMAKING

This wine was elaborated from grapes selected and harvested by hand.
After a 28 days elaboration and regular pumping over and cap submersions to extract optimum colour, this wine completed its malolactic fermentation in French oak new barrels for a period of 5 months.

TASTING NOTES

Ripen fruit cherry with violet tones. Complex; the raspberry and blackberry aromas are in perfect harmony with the compound from the French oak. In the mouth is very powerful wine, full of good fruity expressions.
