WINEMAKING
From the vineyards of more than 40 years and from the highest zones of our wine-growing geography (Cenicero, Uruñuela and San Asensio). Whit an elaboration of 30 days in which the fruity scent goes from the grapes to the wine during the alcoholic fermentation, born our special crianza SOROS.
After 14 months in French oak barrels the wine is bottled and after six months we begin to taste our wine.
TASTING NOTES
Deep cherry, intense and elegant. In the nose is very aromatic, complex and elegant. Sense of black fruit and ripe, with fine smoky and well integrated toast. Entry greedy, round, structured and well balanced. Long and pleasant.
