WINEMAKING

After monitoring the maturation of our vineyards in the area of La Rioja Alta and a manual harvest our Tempranillo grapes, we give our first steps to get this wine.

After elaboration 28 days and a half hour pumping every six hours the malolactic fermentation is completed in French oak barrels (80%) and American oak barrels (20%) for a period of 12 months of aging.

TASTING NOTES

Cherry color with purple edge. Aromatic complexity with outstanding fines of toasted wood and living fruits (raspberries, blackberries...). In mounth is very powerful and fruity (blackberry jam). With a few tasty tannins, sweet and and spicy that make this wine is easy to drink, leaving a pleasant long aftertaste.
