For the elaboration of this wine the grapes were selected previously in the vineyard. They are vineyards with yields between 5500 and 6500 kg/Ha and they have more than 40 years.
During the elaboration there two maceration, a cold and other after alcoholic fermentation, in order to have a perfect extraction of the wine colours and aromas.
The alcoholic fermentation lasted 7 days with a maximum temperature fermentation 25-26 ºC. The total was 14 days barrelling. During the elaboration differents techniques were used as the delestage and micro-oxygenation.
Ripen fruit cherry covered with intense edge. Powerful aroma to red wild fruits, background of ripe fruit with mineral shades. In the palate it has a complex, fruit tannis and fruit acids. Excellent freshness and persistence.
