WINEMAKING
Our maximum exponent is called SOROS, a special wine the same as the vineyards where it came from. This wine is the product of the selection of vineyards between 45-50 years old. With a vintage boxes of 10 kg and a selection control in the winery the grapes vinified in a tradicional manner for 30 days. The malolactic fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels and aged for 14 months.
TASTING NOTES
Soros is a different wine, long peristence of a purple color. Very expressive generous ripe fruit with notes of licorice and coffee candy. It has great intensity and persistence on the palate. Striking in its evolution as it oxygenates in the cup, silky and very pleasant to drink.
