To produce this wine, the juice was obtained by bleeding from grapes that were harvested manually in Uruñuela vineyards.
The fermentation takes place en stainless stell thanks where the juice fermented without the skins and seeds.
A control of temperature (16-18ºC) throughout the fermentation process allows us to keep fresh fruity aromas characterize this wine.
Clean and bright with vivid color tones which highlight the salmon. The nose has a high intensity, emphasizing the openness and freshness. An explosion of red fruits like strawberries raspberries currants and cherries combined with other fruits and white flowers. Your palate is nice, cool, creamy and fruity, leaving a long aftertaste remembrance.
