As we have mentioned before, the special characteristics of the land are the ones that make our wines so different. These lands offer optimal qualities for the growing of the grapevine, with stony, poor in organic material, permeable grounds but with a good capacity of retention of the humidity. The vineyards have a good drainage and there is water in the deep vine-stocks so that the set of roots can cross the different vine-stocks of the area and benefit from their different contributions.
Besides, many of our vineyards are situated in draughty well zones and at a higher level allowing a correct acidity and a balanced alcoholic graduation.
